The Emblem vs. Brand Mark follow-up.  There has been a lot of discussion this spring and we should have a final resolution on the matter at the end of the month.  The website Baseball Brand Mark | The American Legion (https://www.legion.org/brand/baseball) will be updated following a meeting at the National level.  To clarify things, the “Emblem” is defined as the Legion emblem with cross bats and the “Brand Mark” is defined as the new design logos. 

To answer everyone's question regarding team uniforms.

1.  Team uniforms will have the cross bats emblem on left sleeve or chest as outlined in accordance with national rule. 

2.  For digital marketing only (website, social media, email signatures, etc.) we are approved to use the new baseball marks. This includes ESPN, social influencers, anything that is clearly advertising or promotional.
